Happy Halloween

Ashton had his choir concert tonight. It was great. He looked so handsome up on the stage with his suit on. He is getting so tall! The groups sang some Halloween songs. Limited Edition sang "Stop In The Name Of Love." It seems like just yesterday that Adelaide was up singing that. It has been six years since she was in Limited Edition and it seems like yesterday.
Last night Morley helped me with my Halloween costume. I am working on it tonight. I bought treats and decorations as well tonight. I hope I can get everything done that I need to before Friday.
Adelaide has a cold and sounds horrible. She is still sick and throwing up alot. Poor girl!

Morley helped me make a costume for work. I thought I had a picture but I guess I don't. Too bad. Anyway I was a Mozy server. We just got he Mozy account. I had a video player playing the making of a Mozy commercial and Morley created a real looking server.

I have pictures of Adelaide's costume but she is the only one we captured.
Happy Halloween all!

Canning Tomato's

Morley and I put up tomatoes this weekend. Adelaide's in-laws were gracious enough to give us enough to put up 11 quarts. They sure look good.

We are excited to be grandparents - as if you can't tell by the blog. Only 131 days until the baby is due.

It is weird to think that Halloween is just around the corner. LIfe has been so hectic lately. Never a dull moment. We are trying to clean and throw out stuff. It sure seems we accumulate junk quickly. Takes so long to get rid of.

Canning

Morley, Ashton, Virginia and I have been doing lots of canning lately. We have done some raspberry, & orange marmalaide jam. Morley and Virginia did a batch of peach jam on Saturday. We also have canned peaches. It has been fun canning again.

Update

It has been awhile and was encouraged to update my blog. Adelaide's birthday has come and gone. We had a party for her at the Barnes park. It was a nice day. Steven's family came and Collin with all his children. Morley and Virginia and of course Reed and Ashton. It turned out nice. It was good to be with Steven's family again. We had a pot luck dinner and played water balloon volleyball. On Sunday, her real birthday we had our family over for dinner. We had chicken enchiladas and beef enchiladas, salsa and chips and funeral potatoes. It was a nice weekend. We gave Adelaide a small filing cabinet, a bookshelf and a baby jungle gym. She got some cute blouses from her in-laws. I should have taken pictures but was so busy and caught up in all the things for the party and dinner I forgot to even take one picture.

Computer is finally up and running

It took 9 days but my computer is finally working. Ashton is back from Youth Conference. He had alot of fun and learned so much. It will be nice to get some work done for Helpers West now that my computer works.
